Orders can only be placed online and are subject to availability.

N.B. Occasionally, the system will accept an order when I have run out of stock. This will naturally cause a delay in delivery.

In such circumstance, I will advise and provide an alternative date.

If this date does not meet your requirements, I offer you the following:

1. The same item in an alternative fabric.

2. An upgrade to Special Order status (subject to fabric availability).

3. Any alternative product of same value.

4. A full refund.

Click n Collect is not available at this time.

We aim to dispatch your items within 72 hours of the order being confirmed and paid for in full.

We use a number of different couriers and try to choose the fastest service depending on the delivery address.

Sadly, we cannot offer timed delivery slots at the moment, nor can we guarantee next-day or Saturday delivery, sorry!

Shipping charges are based on delivery to one address in the UK.


• Orders over £100 are shipped free.

• Orders over £50 are charged at £15

• Orders £25 to £49 are charged at £10

• Orders below £25 are charged at £5

Special Orders


Payments are processed by Paypal.  This is to protect you and me. You pay for the item and delivery costs.

N.B. You do not need a Paypal account to pay. You can use standard Debit and Credit cards during checkout

I believe in keeping things simple and in plain English

Returns fall into three categories.

1. Faulty Goods.

In the unlikely event that you find one of my products arrives with a flaw, or fails within the first 12 months of use, you can return it for either a full refund or a replacement item.

Important. As long as the item has been used under normal conditions. i.e. not commercially, and I can see that there was a fault in manufacture, then I will of course replace it free of charge at my expense.

Please message me via the Contact Us page to arrange a Returns No. and for me to arrange a collection.

2. Cancellations / Change of Mind

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please message me via the Contact Us page giving me your Name and Order No.  If the item has not been despatched, I will happily refund your payment in full.

If your order has been despatched and is in transit, on arrival, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Please message me via the Contact Us page to arrange a Returns Number

No item(s) will be accepted without a Returns Number.

You must pay the postage. you must use a tracked and insured method of delivery. Goods 'lost in transit' are the responsibility of the sender.

The item(s) you return will of course need to be unused and in perfect, re-saleable, condition. All items will be checked before refund is issued.

3. Made to Order

All one off items 'made to order' are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

It is important to remember that all products are designed and hand made by me from rolls of fabric with a repeated pattern design. As a result, this means that the design featured on each item may vary slightly.

the fabric is available at the time the order is placed and, the order value, post, packing and packaging is paid in full in advance.
